Manoj Kumar Yadav is an environmental engineer, currently working in the field of water treatment. He is working on the treatment of arsenic contaminant drinking water by adsorption process. He did his bachelor's in civil engineering from the Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi (U.P). He has completed his master's in civil engineering specialized in environmental engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He is currently working as a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Many countries including India are facing the problem of high arsenic contamination in their drinking water. Consumption of high arsenic-contaminated drinking water is causing severe health problems.
